Our client, an ambulette driver, injured his back and shoulder when his ambulette was hit in the rear by a school bus. Unfortunately, he had to undergo surgery for both his back and shoulder.
The Court agreed with us that the defendants were completely at fault for this accident and granted summary judgment in our client’s favor.
