We Succeed When You Succeed
Buzin and Berman, PC (Formerly Phillips, Krantz & Buzin, PC) is one of the premier personal injury law firms in the New York City area. We are an experienced team of legal professionals with decades of experience in handling personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability claims on behalf of our clients. Our lawyers have obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. A substantial portion of our client referrals come to us from former and present clients. Additionally, numerous law firms that do not handle personal injury claims refer their personal injury clients to our offices because they are aware of our track record.
When people are hurt, our job and mission is to help them. People not only get physically hurt, but they often suffer emotional and psychological harm as well. Sometimes, our clients have lost a loved one. In order to do our best to help people, we can never lose focus on what we do and why we do it. Without empathy for the people who are our clients, we cannot be exceptional trial lawyers.
To be exceptional trial lawyers, we must not only be intelligent, work long hours and be dedicated to overcoming challenges but must especially have passion for our work and a passion for seeing justice for people who have been hurt.
